XYLOTECHNOLOGIA S.A. is a consulting company that was founded in 1988 and the main services that provides are:

→  Forest studies (forest maps, forest management, settlement of mountain torrents,
      management of mountain pasturage etc).
→  Landscape and Environmental studies (restoration of the environment, evaluation
     of the environmental consequences etc).
→  Evaluation and area characterization studies according to the force forest law
      (preparatory valuations of isolated or wider areas and control of whether or not
      they fall into the forest law, drawing up of complete Technical Evaluation and
     Characterization Reports etc).
→  Planning and management of local and regional development programs
      (elevation and promotion of the local products, raise of their added value, income
      improvement of the population that lives near the forest etc).
→  Technical support services in wood and furniture companies (evaluation and
      improvement of the production methods,organization of production, search and
      selection of modern mechanical equipment, planning and assistance on new
      business activities etc).
→  Specialized technical and financial studies, advisability and market research
      studies.

The company is registered in the official Greek Register for Consultants and Advisors (Num. Reg. 516) and has the following certificates:

     √    C' class degree for category 16 (Topographic surveys)
     √    B' class degree for category 25 (Landscape studies)
     √    A' class degree for category 27 (Environmental studies)
     √    A' class degree for category 1 (planning studies)

Until today XYLOTECHNOLOGIA S.A has realized more than 500 studies
and applications, in a very wide spectrum. To provide these services, the company
possesses all the necessary equipment and systems, and also keeps a continuous
contact with many similar European organizations. In order to give a more detailed
picture of our experience and knowhow, the following is worth mentioning:

     √   The company was full member and national representative of Greece in
          EUROFORTECH Network (European Network for Technology Transportation
          for the forest and exploitation of forest products sectors), and EUROWOOD
          Network (the European Network in the wood and furniture sector), while since
          2002 is a founding member in the European Initiative InnovaWood.
     √   It is evaluated and listed office of specialized consultants in the Central
          Consultancy Register of the European Union, member of the Specialized
          Consultants and Researchers Register of Hellenic Organization of Small and
          Medium Sized Enterprises & Handicraft, member of the Evaluators of Special
          Investments Register of the Department of Industry of the Ministry of
          Development etc.

Since 2008 the company applies a Quality Control System according to EN ISO 9001, which is certified from LLOYD'S REGISTER QUALITY ASSURANCE (LRQA), according to UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) requirements.
The company is managed by a three-member board of directors, and Managing Director is Mr. Athanassios Bouzinekis, Forest Engineer and PhD holder from the NANCY 1 University (France).
